In collaboration with winemakers,
DOREAU L’ATELIER has developed a winemaking tool for “Premium” red wines.
The Roll Fermentor® is aimed at winemakers producing high quality wines and looking for aromatic complexity.
Due to its thermic inertia, and compared to stainless steel which is regarded as “neutral”, wood provides much more integrated tannins and flavors as soon as fermentation starts.
